Sara Tye, founder and managing
director
Sara founded redheadPR five years ago, a smart, passionate company that
identifies the right opportunities and communication strategies to deliver
the best return on investment for ambitious brands, individuals and organisations.
She recently judged the PRCA Awards and PR Week Awards and is a member
of the PRCA Members and Marketing Committee.
Sara has over 20 years’ communications expertise. She developed
stakeholder relations at Thames Water, headed communications at Yellow
Pages and spent three years at The Body Shop, winning three PR Week awards
and managing personal PR for its eminent founder, the late Dame Anita
Roddick.
She was a finalist in the Cosmopolitan Women of the Year Awards 1999.
She helped implement BT’s ISO14001 environmental policy, and developed
the philanthropic best practice process at Yellow Pages, and was responsible
for the Impact on Society section of the EFQM Award, which they won in
1999.
